I am honored to welcome everyone to the 83rd annual Fisher Community Fair! Looking back to my childhood when I attended this fair, I never would have thought I would have the pleasure of representing a fair that brings so many families together like my own. Not only does it bring the Fisher community together, but it also brings surrounding communities together to celebrate what is important to Illinois. Whether it’s agriculture, livestock, grandstand events, carnival rides, or even fair food, everyone can find at least one thing they can enjoy at the Fish-er Fair! As the Fisher Fair Queen, I have made many memories over this last year that I will always hold close to my heart. I’ve felt honored to represent the Fisher Community Fair by riding in parades, speaking about the importance of agriculture, representing as visiting royalty, attending community events, competing at the Miss Illinois County Fair Pageant, and many other amazing experiences along the way. I have met so many beautiful young ladies and have created friendships and a family that will last a lifetime. I am so grateful to be your queen but without the support and love of many people, I wouldn’t be here. First, I would like to thank our fair board for supporting me throughout my reign and trusting me to represent such an amazing fair. You truly will never know how thankful I am for the love and support that’s been gifted to me. Your hard work throughout the year to put on our fair never goes unnoticed. To my director, Erynn, I could-n’t have asked for a better director and an even better role model. I knew I could come to you no matter what I needed- even to talk about Taylor Swift. Thank you for guiding me through this last year and making me feel loved and supported. Thank you for everything you do and loving every girl that walks the stage whether they leave with a crown or not. To my gorgeous Jr. Miss Alleigh and Little Miss McKinlee, I couldn’t have asked for better Queen Sisters throughout this last year. Without you girls, I wouldn’t have had such an amazing reign. I’ll always remember taking silly selfies, waving in parades, and the endless laughs. I can’t wait to watch you two grow up and be crowned as Miss Fisher Fair one day. Lastly, I want to thank my friends, family, and the amazing community for their continued support throughout my journey as queen. Without our beautiful community, we would not have this fair that I can now call home. Coming to this fair as a young girl to now being a queen and representing a community that’s so loving and supportive is an accomplishment I never knew I would obtain. Thank you to every individual and business that helps us put together our fair by donating their time, money, and resources. To our exhibitors and visitors, without you we would not have our fair to show the community’s hard work. The Fisher Community Fair will always hold a special place in my heart and I can confidently say that my year as your queen was a fairytale.

With endless love and gratitude,

Ella Luna - Drone
